What started out as 20 minutes “Fitness for the Mind and Network”, sessions in a co-work space in Amsterdam the Netherlands, today has turned into a growing global company:

In 2012 Jessica Tangelder initiated the “HOST sessions”, unlocking Human energy, Openness to engage, Shared resources, and Transformation within people, teams, and organisations, not much later her peers - pioneers in leadership-, organisational-, learning and development - joined the HOST team to provide weekly, and sometimes even daily, HOST sessions to connect their co-workers with themselves and others, to help them grow and transform on all levels; the personal, professional, and business, with ease, joy, and scalable impact.

Having worked in prestigious work environment around the world Jessica felt you can unlock the potential within individuals, teams, organisations, and societies, and help them grow their circle of influence, if you truly connect people beyond their internal boundaries - limited mindsets, fears, scepticism, and judgement - and external boundaries - cultures/continents, organisational walls, silos, departments and teams.

In no-time her assumption got validated as the HOST sessions attracted professionals across the city to the cowork space to feel more uplifted and tap into complementary knowledge, networks and skills to adopt a supportive mindset and engage in an uplifting work environment.

Subsequently, Jessica got requests to develop a “train-the-trainer” program that would enable her peers to integrate the HOST practices and skills into their own toolkit for “change” and empower people, teams, and organisations transform into the new.

In one year's time Jessica had certified over 155 HOST practitioners while her work spread across the world, consulting businesses, speaking at conferences about "the future of work", and becoming global news.

As of today, HOST2Transform has been evolved, and continues to evolve, into world's first global academy for human-centered leadership and business, strengthened by an uplifting community, and the HOST “change framework”.
