Our train-the-trainer approach is further professionalized through the HOST Certification, which safeguards a consistent standard of quality, shared language, and common approach—while enabling us to collectively measure and scale our impact. HOST Certification can also be added to practitioners’ LinkedIn profiles, increasing visibility and strengthening professional credibility.

Our growing community of 150 HOST Certified practitioners represents a highly diverse and experienced network of professionals, including change consultants, Lean and Agile coaches, executive coaches, interim managers, and specialists in Deep Democracy, well-being, ESG, psychological safety, and leadership development.

While the majority of our practitioners are currently based in the Netherlands and across Europe, our presence is expanding in the USA and Asia. Together, they bring experience from rapidly transforming industries such as renewable energy, healthcare, retail, and FMCG.

The HOST practitioner network continues to grow organically, expanding our collective capacity to support transformation across organizations, industries, and geographies.

Jessica Tangelder, together with the early HOST adopters—a community of peer consultants, coaches, facilitators, and trainers—recognized that a sense of belonging and genuine connection with oneself and others were often missing from traditional and co-working environments. Yet these are fundamental human needs for people to flourish in both work and life.

This lack of connection and engagement in the workplace inspired Jessica, now the founder of HOST2Transform, to introduce 20-minute “fitness for the mind & network” sessions. These sessions became known as “Host to Transform” sessions.

The goal was simple: to help leaders and business owners—within teams and organizations—continuously develop and grow as humans, professionals, and business owners by strengthening their mindset, relationships, and networks, both within and beyond the workplace.
